Terms of Service

These terms govern use of WebP.media and apply to all users, customers, and visitors using our image optimization SaaS platform.

1. Responsible and Acceptable Use

You agree to use WebP.media lawfully and responsibly.

You may not upload content that infringes rights, violates laws, or contains harmful payloads.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass service controls.
You may not use automated abuse patterns that materially degrade service for other customers.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, activity under your account, and keeping contact details accurate.
You must promptly report unauthorized access or security concerns.
We may require verification for account recovery or sensitive changes.

3. Plans, Billing, and Credits

Subscription plans and Limited Time Offers are subject to posted pricing and specific plan terms.
Credits represent optimization usage allowances and are consumed per image operation as defined by the platform.
Monthly plan credits reset according to billing cycles. LTD monthly credits reset every 30 days.

Refunds are handled under the published Refund Policy.

4. Fair Usage

Fair usage applies to maintain quality, reliability, and security for all users.

Excessive, abusive, or fraudulent usage may trigger temporary throttling, review, or account limitations.
Fair usage enforcement may vary by plan type, usage pattern, and risk profile.

5. Service Modification Rights

We may modify features, usage thresholds, integrations, UI, or infrastructure to improve service quality.
We may discontinue or replace specific features with reasonable notice when practical.
Future premium or enterprise features may be outside base or LTD scope unless explicitly included.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, abuse, payment failure, or legal/security reasons.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure through support channels.
Termination does not remove obligations incurred before termination.

7. Limitation Language

WebP.media is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent allowed, WebP.media and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the applicable service period.
