LTD Terms

These terms apply specifically to WebP.media Limited Time Lifetime Deal purchases and should be read with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. Meaning of "Lifetime"

"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the WebP.media service and active LTD program support.
It does not guarantee perpetual operation under all business, legal, or force majeure conditions.
WebP.media may evolve infrastructure, pricing architecture, and feature packaging over time.

2. Monthly Credits Reset

LTD plans include monthly usage credits as defined by the purchased tier.
Credits reset every 30 days.
Tier allocations: Tier 1 = 250/month, Tier 2 = 500/month, Tier 3 = 1500/month.

3. Rollover Rules

Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next cycle unless explicitly stated in writing by WebP.media.
Promotional rollover exceptions, if any, apply only to the terms clearly published for that promotion.

4. Fair Use

Fair usage applies to all LTD accounts to maintain stable service quality.
Abusive, automated, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity may result in limits, suspension, or termination.
Fair usage controls may be adjusted to protect service availability and security.

5. Feature Scope and Exclusions

LTD access covers the feature scope attached to the purchased LTD plan.
Future premium, enterprise, partner, or API-level capabilities may be excluded unless explicitly included.
New feature launches may introduce separate eligibility, pricing, or usage conditions.

6. Business Continuity and Service Changes

WebP.media may update, replace, or retire service components for legal, technical, commercial, or security reasons.
If material changes affect LTD operations, we will provide notice where practical through official communication channels.
Continuing to use the service after updates indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
