Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be granted for WebP.media purchases and what happens after a refund is processed.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

Refund requests are eligible within 7 calendar days from the purchase date.

  • To request a refund, contact hello@webp.media from your account email.
  • Include your account email, plan purchased, and payment reference if available.
  • Approved refunds are issued through the original payment channel where possible.

2. After the Refund Period

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window are generally not eligible.
  • Exceptions may be considered only where required by applicable law or verified billing error.
  • Service usage, consumed credits, and elapsed time may be reviewed during exception handling.

3. Abuse and Misuse Restrictions

  • Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, policy violations, fraud indicators, or repeated exploitative behavior.
  • Accounts associated with misuse may be suspended or restricted under our Terms of Service.

4. Effect of an Approved Refund

  • When a refund is approved, the related plan or entitlement may be downgraded, revoked, or terminated.
  • Associated credits and paid access rights tied to that purchase may be removed.
  • For LTD purchases, approved refunds cancel LTD access for the refunded order.
